Installing Exhaust System

- Slide new exhaust clamps onto the exhaust pipes. The threaded joint must be pointing downwards.
- Position the exhaust system under the vehicle using a transmission jack. Do not install too tightly.
- Tighten the fastening screws on the rear silencer -3 and 4- . → Tightening torque: 23 Nm (17 ft lbs. )
- Tighten the front holder -2- . → Tightening torque: 23 Nm (17 ft lbs. )
- Move new exhaust clamps into installation position and fit them. The threaded joint must be pointing downwards. Adjust to maximum inclination and ensure the assembly length is the same on both exhaust pipes. →
Adjustment value: 10° → Tightening torque: 23 Nm (17 ft lbs.

- Exhaust clamp length = 95 mm
- Maximum inclination → Adjustment value: 10°
