Removing Fan Control: Notes

Risk of damage to load or to the control unit

→ Remove the ignition key and switch off load before disconnecting or removing load.

Information

If the fan control is replaced for model year 2003 and 2004 vehicles, the air-conditioning system regulator must also be replaced.

Information

The fan control is located in the air-conditioning unit beside the fan.

Press the latch on both connectors -Pfeile a- and remove the connectors from the fan control.

Unscrew the two fastening screws -2- and remove the fan control -1- .
