  1. 4 - Screw → Tightening torque: 7 Nm (5.0 ftlb.) 
  2. 6 - Sealing ring; check and replace if damaged
  3. 7 - Screw → Tightening torque: 23 Nm (17 ftlb.) 
  4. 8 - Transport eyebolt on exhaust side
  5. 9 - Screw
  6. 10 - Shift mechanism on variable intake manifold (intake-air distributor)
  7. 16 - Vacuum line
  8. 17 - Change-over valve
  9. 18 - Coolant pipe
  10. 22 - Screw → Tightening torque: 8 Nm (6.0 ftlb.) 
  11. 24 - Screw → Tightening torque: 20 Nm (15 ftlb.) 
  12. 25 - Support
  13. 26 - Heat protection panel (cover plate)
  14. 27 - Clamp
  15. 28 - Plug (vacuum)
  16. 29 - Positive crankcase ventilation
  17. 30 - Heat socket
  18. 31 - Sealing ring
  19. 32 - Sealing ring
  20. 33 - Locking pin
  21. 34 - Intake-air distributor (intake module)
  22. 35 - Coolant pipe screw
  23. 36 - Spring band clamp
  24. 37 - Tank ventilation (active carbon filter) hose
  25. 38 - Tank ventilation (active carbon filter) valve
  26. 39 - Tank ventilation (active carbon filter) hose
  27. 40 - Rapid-action coupling
  28. 41 - Vacuum line
  29. 62 - Brake booster vacuum line
