Preparing Connection Areas Of Body For Installing Front Side Member

  1. Prepare connection areas of spring strut mount for installation.
    1. 1.1. Clean undersealing, adhesive residue and paint from the marked areas of the body connection flanges using a hot-air gun and rotary brush. Grind the connection flanges until bare.

  2. Prepare connection areas of spring strut mount for installation.
    1. 2.1. Clean undersealing, adhesive residue and paint from the marked areas of the body connection flanges using a hot-air gun and rotary brush. Grind the connection flanges until bare.

  3. Prepare connection areas of spring strut mount for installation.
    1. 3.1. Clean undersealing, adhesive residue and paint from the marked areas of the body connection flanges using a hot-air gun and rotary brush. Grind the connection flanges until bare.

  4. Prepare connection areas of firewall lower section for installation.
    1. 4.1. Clean undersealing, adhesive residue and paint from the marked areas of the body connection flanges using a hot-air gun and rotary brush. Grind the connection flanges until bare.

  5. Prepare connection areas of firewall lower section for installation.
    1. 5.1. Clean undersealing, adhesive residue and paint from the marked areas of the body connection flanges using a hot-air gun and rotary brush. Grind the connection flanges until bare.

  6. Prepare connection areas of floor inner section for installation.
    1. 6.1. Clean undersealing, adhesive residue and paint from the marked areas of the body connection flanges using a hot-air gun and rotary brush. Grind the connection flanges until bare.
