Preparing Spring Strut Mount For Installation

Clean welding and sealing areas.
1. 1.1. Grind both sides of the connection flange of the new parts in the marked areas -A, B-, -D, E-, -F, G-, -H, I-, -J- until bare using a rotary brush.

Drill holes for plug welding using inert gas.
1. 2.1. Drill or punch holes with a diameter of 7 mm in the fastening flanges of the spring strut mount (areas -A-, -E, L, K-, -I-, -J-) . Maintain spacing as on the old part.
