Installing Lock Carrier

Install lock carrier.
1. 1.1. Position lock carrier -2- from the front -arrow- .

Screw in service fastening screws.
1. 2.1. Get a second worker to prevent lock carrier from falling.
2. 2.2. Screw in and tighten service fastening screws -4- (-arrows-) .

Fasten radiator module.
1. 3.1. Connect plug connection at the headlight mount on the left and right -arrow- , until the plug connection engages securely.

2. 3.2. Slide radiator module -1- into the fastening fork on the lock mount.

3. 3.3. Install plastic guide element -1- on the left and right -arrow- .

4. 3.4. Fit fastening clamp -2- on the left and right and hook in -arrow- .
5. 3.5. Screw in upper fastening screws -3- of radiator module -arrows- and tighten to the specified tightening torque → Tightening torque: 6.5 Nm (5 ft lbs.)+/-1.0 Nm (+/-0.5 ft lbs.).
