Adjusting Headlight Mounting

  1. Move the main headlight -arrows A, B, C-  to align it to the contour of the wing -Arrows-  . → Gap dimension: 3 mm

  2. Maintain the prescribed gap dimension of the front guide rail for the front apron. → Installing front apron
  3. First tighten the two screws at the front -2-  , then the two at the back -1-  and check the gap dimension. Loosen the headlight mounting if necessary and re-adjust it. → Tightening torque: 7 Nm (5.0 ftlb.)+/-0.5 Nm (+/-0.5 ftlb.)

  4. Remove and install the main headlight at least 3 times, then check the gap dimension again. Re-adjust the headlight mounting if necessary.
