Removing Anti-Roll Bar

  1. -1-  - Stabiliser
  2. -2-  - Stabiliser bearing
  3. -3-  - Clamp
  4. -4-  - Fastening screws
  5. -5-  - Connecting rod
  6. -6-  - Fastening screw
  7. -7-  - Fastening screw
  8. -8-  - Fastening nut
WARNING: Wheel bearing housing raised incorrectly
  • Risk of squashing

→ Wear personal protective gear.

→ Do not raise the wheel suspension higher than the normal vehicle position (vehicle resting on wheels).

→ Do not raise the wheel suspension higher than the normal vehicle position (vehicle resting on wheels).

  1. Release connecting link at right and left. To do this, raise the wheel carrier so that the connecting link fastening bolt can be removed easily. Use a -Heber mit Gummiunterlage-  in order to prevent slipping.
  2. Undo the 4 fastening screws and remove the clamps.
  3. Mark the installation position -arrow-  of the -Stabilisatorlagerhalften-  to the anti-roll bar with a paint marker.

  4. Carefully pull out the anti-roll bar.
