Installing Coolant Reservoir

- Insert coolant reservoir into the holder and push in the direction of the wing.
- Tighten the fastening screw. → Tightening torque: 10 Nm (7.5 ft lbs.)
- Install body bracket for the torque support. Clip in electric cable for the coolant reservoir.
- Tighten the fastening screw through the opening in the headlights. → Tightening torque: 60 Nm (44 ft lbs.)
- Tighten the fastening screw from the engine compartment. → Initial tightening: 50 Nm (37 ft lbs.) → Final tightening: 90°
- Reinstall torque support. Fit the fastening screw with a new lock nut on the bracket. → Tightening torque: 60 Nm (44 ft lbs.)
- Tighten torque support fastening screw at the body (M10). → Tightening torque: 60 Nm (44 ft lbs.)
- Fit and tighten the coolant hoses.
- Connect electric connector to reservoir.
