Replacing Pressure Line

  1. Loosen the expansion hose at the two fastening points -arrows-  and unclip it carefully at the sides.

  2. Mark the line -10- using a touch-up stick, from the steel flexi-pipe to the antiroll bar housing.

  3. Loosen the line -10-  on the anti-roll bar using an open-ended wrench. Use a container to collect emerging fluid and close off the opening using a suitable stopper.
  4. Loosen the line -10-  at the spacer and counter with a second open-ended wrench if necessary. Close off the opening with a suitable stopper.
  5. Installation is carried out in reverse order. See GENERAL WARNING NOTES! 
  6. Always check the following:
    • The lines must not be installed twisted.
    • The lines must not be touching. Observe correct tightening torques. → 4300TW TIGHTENING TORQUES
