Installing Front Number Plate Cover

Information 

• The following description only applies to states in the USA in which a license plate is required at the front of the vehicle. 

1. Stick an adhesive strip that can be written on -1-  approximately in the centre of the front apron.

2. Find the centre between the vertical shafts on the air grille and mark this spot on the adhesive strip -1-  affixed to the front apron -arrow-  .
3. Approximately in the centre of the front number plate cover -1-  , affix a strip of adhesive tape that can be written on -2-  .

4. Find the centre between the outer edges of the front number plate cover -1-  and mark this spot on the strip of adhesive tape -2-  affixed to the front number plate cover -arrow-  .
5. Position the front number plate cover -2-  on the contour of the front apron -arrow-  and align it according to the markings on the adhesive tape.

6. Screw in self-tapping fastening screws -1-  .
7. Remove adhesive strips -1-  and -2-  (-arrows-  ).
