Installing Rear Seal

  1. Fit seal -1-  over the tension bow -2-  .

  2. Fit seal -1-  flush with the tension bow -2-  . -arrow-

  3. Engage water drain -arrow-  correctly on the holder -2-  .

  4. Tap seal -1-  on all the way around using a rubber hammer -2-  .

  5. Align tension bow.
    1. 5.1. Align tension bow according to the marking -A-  .

      Further installation is performed in reverse order to removal.

      Tightening torque 1.8 Nm (1.5 ftlb.) 

      Tightening torque 3.5 Nm (2.5 ftlb.) 

      Tightening torque 9 Nm (6.5 ftlb.) +/-1 Nm (+/-0.5 ftlb.)
