Installing Load-Through Provision

With safety clips: Install load-through provision -1- .

1. 1.1. Insert the load-through provision -1- into the vehicle -A- .
2. 1.2. Slide the load-through provision -1- onto the pin -2- by pushing it fully to the right -B- .
3. 1.3. Fit the safety clips -3, 4- on the pin -2- .
With threaded joint: Install load-through provision.

1. 2.1. Insert the load-through provision -1- into the vehicle -A- .
2. 2.2. Slide the load-through provision -1- on the guide pin -2- by pushing it to the right -B- .
3. 2.3. Tighten fastening screw -3- to → Tightening torque: 18 Nm (13 ftlb.)+/-1 Nm (+/-0.5 ftlb.) .
Fit the inner piping -1- on the load-through provision -2- along its entire length.

Fit the outer piping -1- on the load-through provision into the guide -2- along its entire length until it engages securely.

Slide the side trim panel -1- onto the seat from above -A- and clip it into the bracket -2- (-B- ).
Check that the trim panel is seated correctly.

Pull the rear seat cover through in a downward direction and close the Velcro fasteners -1, 2- .
