Installing Heat Exchanger

Before re-installing the additional air conditioner, always check the following points:
- Check the water drain hose for any cracks, deformities and other damage .
- Wet the O-rings of the refrigerant lines with refrigerant oil .
Information
Make sure not to damage the foam seal on the heat exchanger during installation.
Check that the heat exchanger is seated correctly in the heating/fresh-air unit.
- The heat exchanger is installed in reverse order.
- Tighten fastening screw securing servo motor to additional air conditioner to the prescribed tightening torque. Tightening torque 1.2 Nm (1.0 ftlb.)
- Tighten fastening screws securing additional air conditioner to the body to the prescribed tightening torque. Tightening torque 9 Nm (6.5 ftlb.)
