Installing Additional Air Conditioner

Before re-installing the additional air conditioner, always check the following points:
- Check the water drain hose for any cracks, deformities and other damage .
- Wet the O-rings of the refrigerant lines with refrigerant oil .
- The additional air conditioner is installed in reverse order.
- Position the additional air conditioner and connect water drain hose. Make sure that the water drain hose remains connected to the drain when fitting the additional air conditioner.
- Tighten fastening screws securing refrigerant lines to the expansion valve to the prescribed tightening torque. Tightening torque 12 Nm (9 ftlb.)
- Tighten fastening screws securing additional air conditioner to the body to the prescribed tightening torque. Tightening torque 9 Nm (6.5 ftlb.)
