Removing Front Door

  1. Open vehicle door.
  2. Detach rubber cover -1-  .
    1. 2.1. Press unlocking lug -arrow A-  .
    2. 2.2. Swivel rubber cover -1-  down -arrow B-  .
    3. 2.3. Pull back rubber cover -1-  on the wiring harness.

  3. Disconnect electric plug connection -1-  between the body and door.
    1. 3.1. Turn retaining bar -2-  down by 90° -A-  .
    2. 3.2. Disconnect electric plug connection -1-  by pulling it outwards.

  4. Unscrew and remove fastening screw on the door arrester -4-  at the vehicle door.

  5. Pull plastic caps -3-  off the hinge screws at the top and bottom hinge joints -6-  .

  6. Loosen fastening screws -5-  on the upper and lower hinge joint -6-  .

  7. Get another person to hold the vehicle door.
  8. Lift the vehicle door up slightly until the hinge bolts come out of the hinge halves on the door side.

  9. Remove vehicle door.
