The hydrophobic coating is extremely durable. If the hydrophobic characteristics are reduced, a new coating can be applied to the windows without any special measures.
Check whether new coating needs to be applied by examining drops of water on the windows.

Spray on water using a water spray bottle with an atomiser and check the hydrophobic coating by examining the drops.
