Installing Front Corner Window Pane

Information

Some of the repair illustrations show only one side of the vehicle.
Naturally, some steps also have to be performed on the opposite side of the vehicle as well.

Guide the corner window pane into the window channel -D- and turn it 90° -E- .

Slide the corner window pane forward into position.

Tighten fastening screw -1- at the top outer side to Tightening torque 4.5 Nm (3.5 ftlb.) .
Check that there is an equal gap with respect to the door frame so that the window guide can be fitted.

Fit front window guide at the triangular window -3- .
Do not kink or bend the window guide out of shape during installation.

Tighten inner fastening screw -2- to Tightening torque 4.5 Nm (3.5 ftlb.) .
