Removing Threaded Bush For Seat Connection

  1. Drill out drain hole.
    1. 1.1. On the seat cross member extension, use a conical shell reaming drill Nr.128  to drill out the diameter of the drain hole to the dimension -A-  = 30 mm.

  2. Remove burrs from cut edges.

  3. Separate welded joints
    1. 3.1. Drill out the joints between the seat cross member and threaded insert using a spotweld drill Nr.129  .

  4. Remove threaded bush.
    1. 4.1. Remove the old threaded bush -1-  through the widened opening.
