Installing B-Pillar

Apply adhesive and body sealant.

1. 1.1. Evenly apply adhesive to the marked areas.
  Working with body structural adhesive → 5X00IN WORKING WITH BODY STRUCTURAL ADHESIVE
2. 1.2. Apply body sealant in the area -A- with two 15 mm high adhesive beads on the B-pillar reinforcement and opposite on the B-pillar.
  Body sealant from Wurth glue and seals
Fit and secure the B-pillar.
Observe gap dimensions. → 5X00IN DIAGRAM - BODY GAP DIMENSIONS
Resistance spot-weld B-pillar.

Apply a full weld to B-pillar using inert gas.
