Preparing Outer Upper Side Member (Section) For Installation

  1. Transfer cut from the old part and make cut.

  2. Grind both sides of connecting flanges of outer upper side member (section) in the marked areas until bare.

  3. Coat all spot-weld flange areas with zinc powder paint.
