Installing Inner Roof Pillar

Fit and secure inner roof pillar.
Weld in inner roof pillar.

1. 2.1. Resistance spot-weld inner roof pillar.

  When slot welding hot-formed parts, make sure that both edges of the slot are welded.

2. 2.2. Slot-weld inner roof pillar using inert gas.
3. 2.3. Spot-weld inner roof pillar in the area -A- using inert gas and then grind down.
