Removing (Outer) Rear Wheel Housing

- Remove rear side section. → 535555 REPLACING REAR SIDE SECTION - section on "Removing"
- Remove outer side member (rear section). → 514555 REPLACING OUTER SIDE MEMBER - section on "Removing"
- Loosen welded joints.
- 3.1. Drill out spotwelds using Spotweld Drill .
- 3.2. Grind down spotwelds in the area -A- .
- Loosen welded joints.

- 4.1. Grind down spotwelds from outside.
- 4.2. Grind down MIG seam.
- Drill out spotwelds.
- Grind down MIG seams.
- Heat up connection areas using a hot-air gun.
- Remove (outer) rear wheel housing.
