Installing Rear Side Panel: Notes

Apply adhesive.

1. 1.1. Evenly apply adhesive to the marked areas.
  Working with body structural adhesive → 5X00IN WORKING WITH BODY STRUCTURAL ADHESIVE
Fit and secure the rear side panel.
Observe gap dimensions. → 5X00IN DIAGRAM - BODY GAP DIMENSIONS
Resistance spot-weld the rear side panel.

1. 5.1. Resistance spot-weld rear side panel.
2. 5.2. Apply a welded seam to the rear side panel using inert gas.
3. 5.3. Plug-weld the rear side panel in area -A- using inert gas.
Apply a full butt weld one in front of the other to the rear side panel using inert gas.
