Adjusting Connection Point For Tail Light

Information

Due to technical issues, it is not possible to provide a side panel with a tail light holder with hole pattern for repair work. In this case, the bore must be drilled afterwards.

Mark center drill hole on the holder.

1. 1.1. Mark drill hole.
  → Distance A: 57.8 mm → Distance B: 17.9 mm
Mark drill holes on the holder.

1. 2.1. Put spacing plate -1- in position and align it. → Torque angle: 45°
2. 2.2. Mark the center of the holes with a marking tool.
Drill holes in the holder.

1. 3.1. Drill the holes → Bore A: 8 mm
2. 3.2. Drill the hole. → Bore B: 20 mm
3. 3.3. File out the transitions between the holes.
Fit retainer plate.
