Installing D-Pillar Reinforcement (Section)

  1. Apply adhesive.

    1. 1.1. Evenly apply adhesive to the marked areas.

      Working with body structural adhesive → 5X00IN WORKING WITH BODY STRUCTURAL ADHESIVE

  2. Fit and secure inner D-pillar reinforcement together with D-pillar corner piece and D-pillar corner reinforcement.
  3. Resistance spot-weld D-pillar reinforcement.

  5. Evenly apply adhesive to the marked areas.

  12. Fill D-pillar reinforcement with foam.

  13. Install rear side section. → 535555 REPLACING REAR SIDE SECTION  - section on "Installing"
  14. Install rear closing panel. → 530555 REPLACING REAR CLOSING PANEL  - section on "Installing"
