Installing C-Pillar Reinforcement

  1. Apply adhesive.

    1. 1.1. Evenly apply adhesive to the marked areas.

      Working with body structural adhesive → 5X00IN WORKING WITH BODY STRUCTURAL ADHESIVE

  2. Fit and secure C-pillar reinforcement.
  3. Weld in C-pillar reinforcement.

    2. 3.2. Spot-weld C-pillar reinforcement using inert gas.

  10. Install outer D-pillar reinforcement. → 533055 REPLACING REINFORCEMENT FOR D-PILLAR  - chapter on "Installing"
  11. Install rear side section (roof removed). → 535555 REPLACING REAR SIDE SECTION (ROOF REMOVED)  - section on "Installing"
  12. Install outer side member (rear section). → 514555 REPLACING OUTER SIDE MEMBER - section on "Installing"
