Removing Complete Auxiliary Heating

Close off coolant hoses using hose clamps 3094 , loosen spring band clamps -1- on coolant lines using assembly pliers Nr.72-1 and pull coolant hoses off the coolant pipes.

Loosen hose clamp -2- on the fuel line and close off the fuel line. Use a new hose clamp during installation.
Close off coolant hoses using hose clamp 3094 , loosen spring band clamps -6- on coolant lines using assembly pliers Nr.72-1 and pull coolant hoses off the coolant pipes.

Loosen clamp -5- on the exhaust pipe and remove pipe by pulling it downwards.
Remove fastening screw -3- and fastening nut -7- and loosen holders for coolant pipes and exhaust pipe.

Release and disconnect connectors -1, 2 and 3- for auxiliary heating.

Loosen fastening screws -1- on the holder -2- .

Unhook auxiliary heater holder by lifting it up and carefully remove auxiliary heater.
