Installing Carbon Canister - USA

  1. Carbon canister
  2. Fastening screws
  3. Thick blue hose
  4. Thin black hose
  5. Electric line
  6. Leakage diagnosis pump
  7. Vacuum line for leakage diagnosis pump
  1. Clip electric line -5-  at the back of the carbon canister into the brackets.
  2. Connect vacuum line -7-  for the leakage diagnosis pump -6-  .
  3. Plug in electric plug connection on leakage diagnosis pump -6-  until the connector engages securely.
  4. Attach hose connections -3 + 4-  to the carbon canister -1-  .
  5. Tighten three fastening screws -2-  on the carbon canister -1-  to → Tightening torque: 9 Nm (6.5 ft. lb.)  .
