Checking Fuel Quality - Petrol

Information
- Only carry out the analysis in well-ventilated rooms and at room temperature (20° Celsius) .
- Before starting the analysis, have a good look at the information on the CD and read the leaflet (supplied in the case) carefully .
- This analysis can only determine a reference value; a laboratory test is required for an exact analysis .
- The analysis does not constitute a legal basis; it is the starting point for further steps .
- Push the measuring cylinder -1- into the fixing clip -2- in the case -arrow- .
- Place the spindle sleeve -1- under the lid of the case -arrow- so that the measuring cylinder is horizontal.
- Pour 500 milliliters (ml) -arrow- of petrol into the measuring cylinder.
- Carefully immerse the measuring spindle into the liquid and let it go.
Do not drop the measuring spindle!
- 4.1. The spindle must be floating in the middle in order to read off the scale value.
- 4.2. Read off the scale value.

- Dispose of fuel, fuel mixes and cleaning mixes according to the applicable national regulations!
- After testing the fuel, wash out and wash off measuring equipment thoroughly using the cleaning brush, washing-up liquid and hot water.
- After analyzing the fuel quality, carry out the required measures.
