Assembly Overview - Drive Chain For Auxiliary Drives

  1. Crankshaft
  2. Drive Chain, For Auxiliary Drives
    • For re-installation, mark rolling direction with paint/color marker
  3. Drive Sprocket, For Oil Pump
    • Installation position: Side with lettering towards engine
  4. Screw Replace → Initial Tightening: 30 Nm (22 ft. lb.) → Final Tightening: +90° 
  5. Compression Spring
  6. Screw Replace → Initial Tightening: 15 Nm (11 ft. lb.) → Final Tightening: +90° 
  7. Sprocket for balance shaft
    • Installation position: Side with lettering towards engine
  8. Chain Tensioner With Guide Rail
  9. Screw Replace → Initial Tightening: 10 Nm (7.5 ft. lb.) → Final Tightening: +45°
