Preliminary Work For Removing upper chain hosing cover

  1. Remove intake-air distributor. → Removing And Installing Intake-Air Distributor .
  2. Remove bar ignition modules. → Removing And Installing Bar Ignition Modules .
  3. Remove cylinder head cover. → Removing And Installing Cylinder Head Cover 
  4. Remove add-on parts from upper chain housing cover.
    1. 4.1. Remove rear engine cable carrier.
    2. 4.2. Disconnect connectors for hydraulic valves for camshaft controllers.
    3. 4.3. Disconnect connectors on camshaft hall senders.

      Do not  remove camshaft hall senders.

    4. 4.4. Remove tank vent valve from chain housing cover.
    5. 4.5. Remove vacuum pump. → Removing And Installing Vacuum Pump .
    6. 4.6. Remove additional coolant pump with holder. → Removing and installing additional coolant pump .
