Right Timing Chain

  1. Screw Replace → Initial Tightening: 80 Nm (59 ft. lb.) → Final Tightening: +90° 
  2. Camshaft Sprocket, For Outlet Camshaft
  3. Screw Replace → Initial Tightening: 80 Nm (59 ft. lb.) → Final Tightening: +90° 
  4. Camshaft Controller, For Intake Camshaft
    • "in-take" marking
  5. Screw Replace → Initial Tightening: 30 Nm (22 ft. lb.) → Final Tightening: +90° 
  6. Bearing Pin, For Drive Sprocket For Right Timing Chain
    • Asymmetrical version
  7. Drive Sprocket, For Right Timing Chain
  8. Right Timing Chain
    • For re-installation, mark rolling direction with paint/color marker
    • Remove from camshafts
  9. Thrust Washer, For Drive Sprocket For Right Timing Chain
    • Asymmetrical version
  10. Chain Tensioner, For Right Timing Chain
  11. Slide
  12. Screw → Tightening Torque: 9 Nm (6.5 ft. lb.)
