Removing Left Catalytic Converter

CAUTION: Hot components

Risk of burns

→ Let hot components cool down.

→ Wear personal protective gear.

Remove engine compartment cover.
Remove oxygen sensor 2 downstream of catalytic converter.
Screw off nuts that can be reached from above -2- .

Screw off mounting for catalytic converter -right arrow- .

Remove left front silencer -A- .

Screw off nuts that can be reached from below -1- and -3- from connection for front exhaust pipe on the exhaust manifold.

Remove catalytic converter.
