Assembly Overview - Air Injection System

  1. Vacuum Hose From Secondary-Air Injection Valve 1
  2. Right Combination Valve For Secondary Air
  3. Screws → Tightening Torque: 9 Nm (6.5 ft. lb.) 
  4. Sender 1 For Secondary Air Pressure
  5. O-ring Replace 
  6. Screws → Tightening Torque: 5 Nm (3.5 ft. lb.) 
  7. Left combination valve for secondary air
  8. Vacuum hose from secondary-air injection valve 2
  9. Seal Replace 
  10. Hose For Secondary Air On Pressure Side
  11. Rubber-Metal Mount
  12. Motor For Secondary Air
  13. Holder/Riveted To Body
  14. Nut → Tightening Torque: 9 Nm (6.5 ft. lb.) 
  15. O-rings Replace If Damaged 
  16. Hose For Secondary Air On Intake Side
  17. Secondary Air Pipe
  18. Seal Replace
