Installing Exhaust System

Information

Tightening Torques, tightening sequence and assembly overviews for the engine and transmission:

Push new exhaust clamps (clamping sleeves) -3- onto the exhaust pipes. The threaded joint must be pointing downwards.

Get another person to help secure the exhaust system.
Position the exhaust system under the vehicle. Do not install too tightly.
Tighten four fastening screws for the brackets on the rear silencer.

Tighten fastening screw on the center bracket.

The threaded joint on the exhaust clamps must be pointing downwards. Adjust to maximum inclination and ensure the assembly length is the same on both exhaust pipes. → see Fig 4→ Adjustment value: 10°
