Removing Fuse Element Group D In Power Distributor

WARNING:
Incorrect handling of safety bolts
- Danger of injury
- Loss of torque
→ Always use new fastening screws and nuts following removal.
→ Observe specified tightening torques.
→ Carry out a visual inspection of all re-used parts.
NOTE:
Voltage peaks
- Risk of damage to loads or to the control unit
→ Disconnect the battery before removing the component or control unit.
- Unclip plastic cover -1- and remove it by pulling it upwards.
- Unscrew fastening nut -2- .
- Unclip battery safety switch.
- Unclip electric plug connections -3- from holder for plastic cover -4- and set them aside.
- Unscrew fastening screw -5- on the plastic cover -4- .
- Carefully unclip plastic cover -4- and turn it to the side.
- Remove fuse element group D

- 7.1. Unplug electric plug connection -1- .
- 7.2. Unscrew fastening nut -2- on electric line -3- .
- 7.3. Lift up electric line -3- .
- 7.4. Unscrew fastening nut -4- .
- 7.5. Disconnect power track -5- and remove it by pulling it upwards.
- 7.6. Remove fuse element group D and power track -6- by carefully turning and lifting other power tracks out of the power distributor.
