Removing Fuse Element Group A In Power Distributor

WARNING: Incorrect handling of safety bolts
  • Danger of injury
  • Loss of torque

→ Always use new fastening screws and nuts following removal.

→ Observe specified tightening torques.

→ Carry out a visual inspection of all re-used parts.

NOTE: Voltage peaks
  • Risk of damage to loads or to the control unit

→ Disconnect the battery before removing the component or control unit.

  1. Fold up carpet and pull it aside.
  2. Unclip the small plastic cover -1-  and remove it by pulling it upwards.

  3. Remove fuse element group .
    1. 3.1. Unscrew fastening nut -1-  on fuse element group .

    2. 3.2. Unscrew fastening nuts -2-  on electric lines -3-  .
    3. 3.3. Pull electric lines -3-  up off the studs.
    4. 3.4. Remove fuse element group complete with power track.
