Removing Power Distributor

NOTE:
Voltage peaks
- Risk of damage to loads or to the control unit
→ Disconnect the battery before removing the component or control unit.
WARNING:
Incorrect handling of safety bolts
- Danger of injury
- Loss of torque
→ Always use new fastening screws and nuts following removal.
→ Observe specified tightening torques.
→ Carry out a visual inspection of all re-used parts.
- Unclip plastic cover -1- and remove it by pulling it upwards.
- Unclip battery safety switch.
- Unclip electric plug connections -3- from holder for plastic cover -4- and set it aside.
- Screw off nut -2- and remove cable shoe from power distributor.
- Unscrew fastening screw -5- on the plastic cover -4- .
- Unscrew nuts -1- on cable shoes and remove cable shoe from power distributor.
- Carefully unclip plastic cover -4- and turn it to the side.
- Unscrew nuts -1- on cable shoes and remove cable shoe from power distributor.
- Unscrew nuts -1, 2- on the ground and B+ lines and remove lines from power distributor.
- Release and disconnect electric plug connection for battery sensor -3- .
- Unscrew nuts -1- and remove pyrotechnical fuse from power distributor.
- Unscrew nuts -2- and remove power distributor box -1- .
