Installing Wire Harness From Power Distributor (HSB) To B+ Connection Point In Engine Compartment

Pull the B+ line into the interior of the vehicle through the cut-out in the bulkhead and fit the rubber sleeve -1- (-A- ).

Secure fastening points -1- in the footwell.

Fit B+ line -2- on the pins and tighten the fastening nut -1- to → Tightening Torque: 15 Nm (11 ft. lb.) .

Close the cover on the power distributor.
Secure fastening point -1- in the plenum panel.

Slide rubber sleeve -2- into the bracket -A- .
Secure the relay box.
1. 7.1. Press the relay box into the catches at the underside -A- .

Fit the line at the underside of the positive terminal -A- .

Tighten fastening screw -2- on positive terminal to → Tightening Torque: 8 Nm (6 ft. lb.) .

Tighten fastening nuts -3- to → Tightening Torque: 20 Nm (15 ft. lb.) .

Close the cover -1- on the positive terminal -A-
Connect the battery. → CONNECTING THE BATTERY
