Installing Wire Harness From Battery To Power Distributor (HSB)

WARNING: Incorrect handling of safety bolts

Danger of injury
Loss of torque

→ Always use new fastening screws and nuts following removal.

→ Observe specified tightening torques.

→ Carry out a visual inspection of all re-used parts.

Insert B+ line and rubber sleeve -3- into the power distributor -B- .
Insert electric plug connection -1- (-A- ) until the connector engages securely.

Tighten fastening nut -2- to → Tightening Torque: 15 Nm (11 ft. lb.) .
Close the cover on the power distributor.
Plug in electric plug connection on the battery sensor -A- until the connector engages securely.

Fit B+ line on the battery's positive terminal and tighten fastening nut -2- on the positive terminal to → Tightening Torque: 6 Nm (4.5 ft. lb.) .

Fit the battery case cover and secure with the tension hooks.
