Securing Main Wire Harness In Passenger Compartment At The Left

  1. Electric Plug Connection For Lateral-Acceleration Sensor
  2. Electric Plug Connections For Vehicle Tracking System (4 Electric Plug Connections)

  1. First lay the main wire harness loosely, ensuring that it is positioned correctly.

    1. 10  - Bracket behind dashboard at the left
    2. 11  - Bracket behind dashboard at the center

  2. Fit fastening points in the passenger compartment at the left.
    1. 2.1. Secure fixing clips -1-  under the rear seat.
    2. 2.2. Secure wire harness in the cable duct -2-  under the rear seat.
    3. 2.3. Remove rubber sleeve -3-  for line to connector for KESSY antenna in the rear left wheel housing.
    4. 2.4. Fit rubber sleeve -4-  for line for the fuel pump.
    5. 2.5. Secure pressure line for the levelling system -5-  in the bracket on the cable duct.
    6. 2.6. Secure cable duct -6-  to the underbody.
    7. 2.7. Secure fixing clips -8-  for line for the rear left door connection point.
    8. 2.8. Secure cable duct -9-  to the underbody.
  3. Loosen fastening points in the dashboard area.
    1. 3.1. Secure wire harness in bracket behind the dashboard at the left -10-  .
    2. 3.2. Secure wire harness in bracket behind the dashboard at the center -11-  .
  4. Tighten fastening nut for ground point at the B-pillar -9-  . → Tightening Torque: 9 Nm (6.5 ft. lb.) 
  5. Tighten fastening nut for ground point at the A-pillar -12-  . → Tightening Torque: 9 Nm (6.5 ft. lb.) 
  6. Plug in electric plug connections -1 - 10-  in the passenger compartment until they engage securely.
  7. Plug in electric plug connections -13 - 43-  in the dashboard area until they engage securely.
  8. Fit and secure the rear floor covering.
