Securing Main Wire Harness In Engine Compartment At The Right

  1. Connector For Pressure Sensor
  2. Connector For Air Quality Sensor
  3. Connector For Sensor For Body
  4. Connector For Coolant Reservoir
  5. Connector For Windscreen-Washer Reservoir
  6. Connector For Windscreen-Washer Pump
  7. Connector For Spring Strut
  8. Connector For Tyre Pressure Monitoring (TPM) Transmitter
  9. Connector For Hydraulic Unit
  10. Connector For Level Sensor
  11. Connector For ABS Wire Harness
  12. Ground Point Under Hydraulic Unit
  13. Connector For Main Headlights
  14. Ground Point On Wheel Housing Behind Headlight
  15. Connector For Side Direction Indicator Lights
  16. Connector For Front Wire Harness On Lock Support
  17. Three Connectors For Front Wire Harness In Front Apron
  18. Connector For Wire Harness For Bonnet
  1. Installation is performed in reverse order.
  2. First lay the main wire harness loosely in the engine compartment, ensuring that it is positioned correctly.

    1. Fastenings For Wiring For Level Sensor
    2. Fastenings For Main Wire Harness In Engine Compartment
    3. Line For Tyre Pressure Monitoring (TPM) Sensor
    4. Rubber Sleeve In Cross Panel
    5. Fastening For Connector For Wire Harness For Bonnet
    6. Fastenings For Main Wire Harness In Plenum Panel
  3. Slide rubber sleeve in cross panel -4-  into the body.
  4. Fit fastenings -6-  for main wire harness in plenum panel.
  5. Fit fastening -5-  for connector for wire harness for bonnet.
  6. Fit fastenings -2-  for main wire harness in the engine compartment.
  7. Fit fastenings -1-  for wiring for level sensor.
  8. Pull wiring for TPM sensor -3-  through from the engine compartment to the wheel housing.
  9. Plug in electric plug connections -1 - 18-  until they engage securely.
  10. Tighten fastening nuts on ground points -12 + 14-  to → Tightening Torque: 9 Nm (6.5 ft. lb.)  .
