Securing Main Wire Harness In Center Console

  1. Connector for plug socket under glove compartment
  2. Connector for rear cigarette lighter
  3. Connector for rear left and right air vents (two connectors)
  4. Connector for rear climate control (two connectors)
  5. Connector for multimedia interface (three connectors)
  6. Connector for switch on storage compartment lid
  7. Connector for plug socket in storage compartment
  8. Connector for cigarette lighter at the cupholder
  9. Connector for switch console light
  10. Connector for airbag control unit
  11. Connector for selector support
  12. Connector for switch console (five connectors)
  13. Ground point
  14. Connector for combination sensor
  15. Connector for rear plug socket
  1. First lay the main wire harness loosely in the center console, ensuring that it is positioned correctly.

  2. Fit wire harness into the cable ducts -3-  and clip on the cover.
  3. Fit brackets -2-  for center console.
  4. Tighten four fastening screws -1-  on the brackets -2-  to → Tightening Torque: 8 Nm (6 ft. lb.)  .
  5. Tighten fastening nut on ground point -13-  in center console to → Tightening Torque: 9 Nm (6.5 ft. lb.)  .
  6. Plug in electric plug connections -10 + 14-  until they engage securely.
