Securing Main Wire Harness In Engine Compartment At The Left

  1. Ground point
  2. Electric Plug Connection For Front Wire Harness
  3. Electric Plug Connection For ABS Wire Harness
  4. Electric Plug Connection For Level Sensor
  5. Electric Plug Connections For Auxiliary Heating
  6. Electric Plug Connection For Spring Strut
  7. Heat Shield Between Primary Catalytic Converter And Wheel Housing
  8. Electric Plug Connection For Steering
  9. Electric Plug Connection For Brake Light Switch
  10. Electric Plug Connection For Brake Fluid Level Sensor
  11. Electric Plug Connection For Headlights
  12. Electric Plug Connection For Relay Carrier
  13. Electric Plug Connection For Side Marker Light
  14. Electric Plug Connection For Sensor For Body
  1. Installation is performed in reverse order.
  2. First lay the main wire harness loosely in the wheel housing and engine compartment, ensuring that it is positioned correctly.

    1. Heat Shield Between Primary Catalytic Converter And Wheel Housing
    2. Fastening Points For Wiring For Steering
    3. Fastening Points For Wiring For Auxiliary Heating Or Coolant Valve Unit
    4. Fastening Points In Engine Compartment
    5. Rubber Sleeve In Cross Panel
    6. Fastening Points In Plenum Panel
  3. Slide rubber sleeve in cross panel -5-  into the body.
  4. Fit fastening points in plenum panel -6-  .
  5. Fit fastening points in engine compartment -4-  .
  6. Fit fastening points for wiring for steering -2-  .
  7. Fit fastening points for wiring for auxiliary heating or coolant valve unit -3-  .
  8. Fit heat shield between the primary catalytic converter and wheel housing -1-  .
  9. Plug in electric plug connections -2 - 16-  until they engage securely.
  10. Tighten fastening nut on ground point -1-  . → Tightening Torque: 9 Nm (6.5 ft. lb.)
