Removing Rear Lid Hinge: Notes

Information

Some of the repair illustrations show only one side of the vehicle.
Naturally, some steps also have to be performed on the opposite side of the vehicle as well.

Two people are needed to replace the rear lid hinges.
1. 1.1. One person to support the rear lid.
2. 1.2. Another person to replace the hinges.
Unscrew and remove screws on the rear lid hinge.

Unscrew and remove the screw -1- on the rear lid hinge.
Guide the hinge out through the hinge opening in the bodyshell.
