Replacing Filler Flap

Information

The filler flap housing will be damaged during removal and must be replaced during installation.

Open the filler flap.
Remove outer part of filler flap -1- .

1. 2.1. Insert a screwdriver into the cut-out -A- and disengage the catch -2- .
2. 2.2. Pull off outer part of filler flap -1- (-B- ).
Disengage retaining strap -1- using a screwdriver.
Open the fuel tank cap -2- (-a- ) and remove it.

Unscrew fastening screw -1- for filler flap actuator.

Use a screwdriver to puncture the four depressions and release the catches -arrow- .

Pull out inner part of filler flap using hook 3370 (-arrow A- ).

Pull drain hose (1) off inner part of filler flap (2) and remove inner part of filler flap (2).
