Preparing Front Side Member For Installation

  1. Grind both sides of the connecting flanges on the inner side member in the marked areas until bare.

  2. Grind both sides of the connecting flanges on the outer side member in the marked areas until bare.

  3. Coat all spot-weld flange areas with zinc powder paint.
