Installing Condenser

Information

Before re-installing the component, check the O-rings of the refrigerant lines for damage and replace them if necessary.

Wet the O-rings of the refrigerant lines with refrigerant oil.

Close off all lines and connections using suitable stoppers during removal.

Do not open the stoppers for the lines and connections until shortly before installation.

Slide the condenser -5- into the plastic frame -8- with the ATF cooler -9- from below.

Tighten fastening screw for the clamp on the hydraulic lines at the radiator -arrow B- .

Engage the condenser -5- in the plastic frame -8- .
Position the plastic frame -8- on the cooler and clip in the two locks -6- .

Tighten fastening screw -3- securing ATF thermostat to radiator.

Tighten fastening screws -4- used to secure the refrigerant lines to the condenser to the prescribed tightening torque.

Secure the strut -3- with the side fastening screw -1- .
