Installing Air-Conditioning Compressor/Condenser Line

NOTE: Fill level too low

Risk of damage to components.

→ Do not start the engine.

→ Do not tow the vehicle.

Replace the sealing rings -1, 2- on the coolant line -3- from the air-conditioning compressor to the condenser.

Fit the coolant line -1- from the air-conditioning compressor to the condenser -2- .
Make sure that the guide pin at the connection point fits into the mounting for the refrigerant line.

1. 2.1. Position the refrigerant line -1- on the condenser -2- and fit the fastening screw -3- . → Tightening torque: 12 Nm (9 ftlb.)
Position the refrigerant line on the air-conditioning compressor.
Make sure that the guide pin on the air-conditioning compressor fits into the mounting for the refrigerant line.
Fit the fastening screws -1- for the refrigerant lines -3- . → Tightening torque: 20 Nm (15 ftlb.) .
